It is the applicant/sponsor’s responsibility to clarify whether the study falls within the scope of IVDR, and whether the study should be applied or notified to NoMA. Applicants/sponsors must therefore familiarise with the relevant information presented on NoMA’s websites. It must be clarified whether the study falls under IVDR before the application is submitted to REK.
